Better experience then we even expected. Fairly priced & the photographers made our engagement shoot & our wedding day both so much fun. They were so thorough, had great, creative ideas & kept everyone moving. Wonderful experience. We received a lot of value.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the professionalism of the photographer and the videographer that came out on our wedding day. They were awesome. Eric, who I am assuming is management, made several promises that were not kept. I also did not like that we were asked to choose a style or “preset” without knowing how the photos would look. The samples they gave us off other weddings with that preset were not indicative of what they would actually look like. Many of mine turned out looking yellow and faded. Very disappointing.

Loved working with Epic! My pictures are everything I wanted and everyone that I worked with was a delight. Highly reccommend.

I used Epic for both my engagement and wedding pictures! I like how they communicated with us about every detail that we wanted. There were several lists to fill out, and I received a couple of phone calls asking about the schedule and deciding if there were any more shots that we wanted. Both of the photographers were super friendly and so helpful during the day. The female had to fix my dress so many times, but the shots ended up being stunning. Even my husband (who hates taking photos) was very comfortable during the whole day with them - his individual shots are stunning! I cannot thank Epic enough for everything!

Would highly recommend Epic Photos! They were very professional and did a great capturing our special day! Loved being able to touch base with the photographer before the wedding. During the wedding, the photographer seemed very experienced and got along great with our wedding party and wedding attendees, many commented on how great Rachel was :)

We really loved how streamlined the process was - these are professionals. We loved our photos and the editing style. They work off of a shot list so I would be really specific on what you want - they are great at the basics but you definitely need to define if you want some more artistic photos.

We hired this company for our Vow Renewal. Ok let me start this off by saying Rachel was SO MUCH FUN!!!! It was pretty windy and chilly for our ceremony but she just kept it going. My husband and I are incredibly awkward people and my husband is a big pain in the butt on top of it. She made it work! And I cannot wait to see what she was able to capture. Their pricing is perfect for what is offered! I chose them because of their 2 week turnaround time. I had no idea how wonderful their photographer would be. She was just such a blast to work with!! She even danced. I got so many reviews from our guests on how much fun she was. I mean, how often does that happen?! People don’t usually pay attention to the photographer! Thank you so much Rachel for making our crazy event that much better.

Absolutely amazing! Responded quickly and patiently answered all of my questions. My wedding pictures turned out to be so beautiful. I was a little hesitant in the beginning because I couldn’t chose my photographer (I was able to request a female). We ended up getting such an amazing female photographer. In the end, I’m glad I trusted them!

Epic is an amazing option if you’re trusting someone to photograph your special day!! From day one they were informative and kind. They responded immediately to any questions I had and followed up with me every step of the way. They did two phone consults and then we even did a video call call a few days before and met our photographer. They have multiple photo styles and send questionnaires that help pinpoint exactly what we wanted. Our photographer was Marcellus and he did such an amazing job and stayed with us until the last song was played. I recommended them 100% you won’t be disappointed!!

Highly recommend Epic! Justin and Ethan were out main contacts for the day. They were both incredible. The whole team was early and we were able to get all the shots we wanted and more! Our pics and video are better than I could imagine.

I'm incredibly unhappy with both my photos and my video. I didn't get any of the photos I specifically asked for. I didn't get pictures or video of putting my late father's picture on my bouquet. They took pictures of my underskirt instead of shots of my detailed train. We wanted shots under a tree with string lights modeled after a specific shot. Some of the night time tree shots have a plant that looks like it's going up my husband's butt and you can't see any of the other greenery around. The extension cord is visible in the tree shots. I don't like any of the detail shots. The detail shot they used in the video has my dad's picture hanging from the heel of my upside down shoe and I find that very disrespectful. The shots of my tables don't have the candles lit. There are no pictures of my hand lettered signs I worked so hard on for the buffet "Hades hors d'oeuvres" and "Persephone's pasta bar" to tie in the Hades and Persephone theme. I didn't get a close up of the beautiful hand made pomegranate décor my bridesmaid made for me. I got close ups of flowers on the cake instead of the dog statue which was so close to them and that makes it even more frustrating. I had little statues of my dogs custom made so they could be included in the wedding and was sure to mention that! When they asked what I wanted highlighted in the footage of the venue I said I wanted shots of trees and nature instead of the building. I specifically said not to show the metal roof because I don't like it. They gave me shots of the building instead of the plants and trees around. My requested veil shots have the roof in the background. Most of my couples photos have metal roofs in them. There's no shots of my guestbook which was very fancy and expensive. As I walked from the building to the ceremony I did a big turn on the concrete circle on the path, the guests loved it and both photos and video missed it. I asked for the "airy" editing style which was supposed to have a cool tone but most of the photos are warm tones with the saturation so high it's blinding. I've lost so much sleep over this. I feel like my vision was completely misunderstood or ignored. I'm devastated.

I can’t say enough good things about Casey! My husband hates having his picture taken, but somehow she made him feel so comfortable that the photos turned out beautifully. She was so fun and funny, it felt like she was one of our guests. Highly recommend!

My husband and I got married in late July of this year. I called in February to ask for a quote and further details. At the time, the wedding date was undermined due to circumstances outside our control but Matt was informative and kept up communication as the months progressed. After a wedding date was finally set, the conversation shifted to booking our event. My husband and I decided to go with the package for two photographers. Casey helped to get important details in place once I filled out a few questionaries. Grace and Rachel were our photographers and they did a phenomenal job. I texted Grace to finalize several things in the days just before the wedding and she set my mind at ease. On our big day, both photographers showed up several hours before the ceremony. I was nervous about how much time wrangling people for different group photos could take but everything was completed ahead of schedule. Grace and Rachel both went above and beyond throughout the day. The photos were edited within a few weeks and a package containing a thumb drive with all of them was delivered to our door. An online gallery was also provided which made it easy to relive the memories with family and friends. We were blown away by the service this team provided! It was more than worth the investment to have our special day captured in such quality.

Hiring with epic is best decision we did my husband and I happy what it turn out of our wedding picture and especially of our wedding video. They exceeded my expectations of there works, they came on time on the event of our wedding, the photographer Maddi is such a sweetheart she is nice and very friendly she made you feel comfortable on the shoot, our videographer Francisco is very nice guy as well he took all the detail on our wedding event. There customers Service is amazing anytime I have a question they response so quick and make sure everything is covered they are easy to reach out. Mostly I speak with Eric and he make sure everything is solved. I highly recommended there company for your especial event hire someone who know what there doing, I hire there company because I wanted the best Picture and video on my wedding which the team did a great job of ours.

Epic did our wedding video and I could not be happier! They included candids throughout the day, all the important highlights of the wedding, and flowed the video very well. Their staff was so kind and professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a videographer or photographer!

I have spoken with Eric the owner for months regarding the poor service we received. He wants to blame poor photos, lack of professionalism, and much more on the fact that my daughter cussed! Our photographer, Kimberly (who apparently was “emotionally scarred” from cussing (keep in mind it was bad language, but NEVER directed at anyone😂). Much like the other reviews, nothing special, not hideous pictures, just nothing creative. She didn’t have the ‘must have’ lists with her and therefore many of the shots were missed and they certainly weren’t done in order the bride/groom requested. The second photographer we paid for tool a FULL hour off during cocktail hour, so we have NO pictures of that. Eric told me most people don’t wt pictures of guests eating! Huh? Well, no one asked us, but we actually did want shots of our guests pre-celebrating, especially since we paid for TWO photographers for that very reason. Photographers were late and SO many more other incidents. Just make sure you over communicate. We thought we did and they still dropped the ball. Took them forever to get pictures back also. Contacted the BBB for a partial refund for lack of services rendered. They contacted Eric three times over a couple of months, he never responded. That’s how much Epic values customers. Buyer beware!

Chris and Suzie were our photographers for our wedding, and we absolutely loved them! Epic was organized and responded to all my emails and phone calls promptly. I would definitely recommend them to any friends and family.

I could go on and on about Epic. We hired them for videography after meeting them at a bridal show, and all of our expectations were exceeded! They were prompt, professional, friendly, and fun! We received the videos in hardly no time after our wedding and could not have been happier with how they turned out. Throughout the day, they went out of their way to get so many cool shots while assuring everything flowed seemlessly. Not to mention, they offered to help with various things when they saw it was needed. We had the absolute best experience with Epic and will cherish our wedding film forever.

Working with Epic was an absolute breeze! Their team was extremely professional and a complete blast to work with. Their work is stunning! My husband and I cannot stop watching our wedding video. Our engagement photos, wedding photos, and wedding video have all received so many compliments from our family and friends. We loved working with Epic for video! The booking process was informative, quick, and easy. We loved that we could show the team our editing preferences before hand as well as choose songs. The price was perfect for our budget and day-of needs. Mike and Ben where so fun to work with on our wedding day. It truly felt like we were just hanging out with our friends. If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely hire Epic. Watching our wedding video made my husband cry so I call that a success!

I cannot say enough good things about Epic! They were so easy to work with and it was stress free booking them! On the day of the wedding James the videographer was so helpful and genuinely fun to be around! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable. To top it off, the wedding video surpassed expectations! It captured special moments like I asked, and there were so many fun details I didn’t even notice until seeing them in the video! I have gotten so many compliments from others who have seen it as well. If you want a great quality video and a great team to work with I recommend Epic!

AMAZING team!!! couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had Justin and Corie for our videographers and they were phenomenal. Our wedding video came back so quickly and it was absolutely beautiful. They are reasonably priced and you get them ALL day on your wedding. Thanks guys!!

I wouldn't trade my experience with Epic for the world. They were so helpful and kind leading up to our big day, but on the day of they blew me away. They were thoughtful, had a list of every shot I requested, and did whatever it took to make sure my shots were perfect. I received ALL my photos in less than a month and they are stunning. So so thankful.

Epic Photography was so amazing! They took such beautiful pictures and videoed our wedding in a way that far exceeded our expectations. They ask you exactly what you want and give you a ton of different editing options based on your preferences. We will definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family!

We are so happy we went with Epic Photography! They were so great to work with our budget. Brooke was our main photographer and she was AMAZING! She knew exactly what she was doing and got the best shots! We couldn’t be happier with our wedding pictures!

Epic photography is aptly named. Our wedding pictures look so beautiful and we are grateful for their wonderful work. When I first contacted Epic they were so helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. They offer excellent price points for their services and is something I think sets them apart. Additaionlly, when I looked around other photographers I was faced with paying a lot of money for four hours (starting at when they get there for “getting ready” pictures). Epic offers UNLIMITED time for a great price. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Epic Productions was great to work with throughout the whole planning process and our special wedding day. They were very helpful with not only making sure all the pictures we wanted we would get for our engagement shoot and wedding but also helping with the timeline for the day of the wedding. They always were willing to help out and give their recommendations of other items we were still working on for the wedding as well. We are so glad we added the video services to our package looking back at the day and everyone’s emotions through the video is wonderful. Epic was great to work with on the wedding day making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Epic did such an amazing job at taking the shots we wanted and getting beautiful pictures. They did so well at always communicating with us. They were super nice with us and with all our guests! We absolutely loved them, especially our photographers Kyle and Heather. We definitely recommend them.

I'll start with the good part, our engagement photographs. Our photographer was patient, creative and provided great guidance with our poses. They're very good. That's the only reason I can even give one star. When I met with Eric the first time I expressed my concern over my now husband's shy personality and how important it was we have the same photographer for our engagement session and wedding. That didn't happen. I even met with our engagement session photographer in person the week before the wedding to review our timeline and the pose examples I selected via Pinterest, etc. The day of our wedding, two photographers we never met showed up. I asked where Cody was, and they told me he wouldn't be there because sometimes the schedule changes. I was given no notice of this change. They had a copy of my timeline, but I guess none of the rest of my information was passed along to them. The photographer who was with the boys kept asking them what poses they wanted to do. They're boys - they don't know. Then, after the ceremony, my husband asked me where Cody was. He was so disappointed. Even during our couples shots, the girls kept asking if we were done or if we wanted something else. My husband was about to have a melt down because he was already tired of dealing with them from earlier, and I was just trying to keep him together. I shouldn't have had to do their job and remember what poses I liked. I was there to be with my husband. We have a few good photos, and rest are repetitive, below average shots/poses. I told them one of the poses didn't make sense and questioned it. It's awful and awkward - just like I thought it would be. Instead of working with us on our group shots and having people move so their faces wouldn't be shadowed by our arch (there was plenty of room, as well as other locations on the multi-acre property), they just kept going. How was I to know? I couldn't see what was happening. We have so many pictures of shadowed faces you can barely see because the girls just didn't seem to care. I don't have a single picture of our wedding cakes together, even though they were on the same table with our Mr. & Mrs. glasses and cake cutter. I also don't have a picture of us cutting cake where you can see my husband's face. He's literally headless. You can see some of his body, but none of his face or head. I have lots of others with the back and side his head, despite me telling them I wanted pictures of his face. Thank God for our videographer who is NOT affiliated with Epic. He took an amazing still shot of my husband with me in the background. At least I have that. If you want to know your photographer, build a relationship with them, and actually know what quality of work you'll get, don't use Epic. The schedule could change, and they won't tell you, nor will they prepare the photographers they send for your event. They also won't get your photos to you in the two-week period they advertise. I had to ask after three weeks. Even then, you won't get all of your pictures. The ones of my mom buttoning my dress aren't there, nor is one a groomsman specifically asked them to take of us. The week after the wedding, I e-mailed to express my concerns. Eric called and told me he'd make it up to me any way he could. How? I can't get married again and hire a better photographer that cares about their clients and puts forth effort. This can't be fixed. Just don't let it happen to you.

The staff was great. They answered all questions that I had and some I hadn't thought of. They paired me with the perfect photographers, who had great personalities. I'm extremely happy with all of my pics.

What a phenomenal company to work with!! Epic photography was the perfect photography company for my husband I! I was so glad we chose them.! The customer service leading up to our big day was perfect and extremely helpful.! They were so so easy to work with and were always there to answer any questions.! Cody and Bruce were two perfect photographers who really took the time to capture everything PERFECTLY!!

There aren't enough great things to say about this company!!! They are there for you from start to finish and answer any and every question you can think of! You definitely get your money's worth and more!! Epic captured my wedding in a way I didn't think was possible and Eric is amazing and helped us even after the wedding to make sure everything turned out like we wanted! Epic Photography is an amazing company and so easy to work with. They were professionals all the way and so willing to please. My Mother and I stopped at their booth at the bridal show in OKC and Eric took so much time to talk about the company, what they had to offer and listen to our special requests. He was always available throughout the whole process to help with questions. Jordan was our photographer for the engagement sessions on the ranch and for the wedding. He was so much fun to work with. His enthusiasm and excitement in capturing such great pictures really put us at ease and made it fun. I can't say enough good things about this company. They totally went above and beyond what we paid for and what they promised. The memories I have from our special day are outstanding because of the pictures and video that they produced. They captured everything we asked for and I can continue to live that day through those beautiful pictures. Thank you EPIC for being such an upstanding vendor and producing such a quality product!!!!!

Epic was really helpful all through out the process and always responded very timely when I reached out to them! Eric was very easy to work with and answered all my questions! Kelsey Loyd and Jordan were our photographers and they did an amazing job! They both were very helpful and went with the flow of things. Kelsey was super helpful with my dress and making sure things looked right! I was happy with all my wedding photos that I will be able to look at for a long time! Thanks again Epic!

One of my best decisions I made for our June 2016 wedding. Our photographer was Mel and she was AMAZING! All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our questions answered and every detail was covered. Our pictures turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier! Worth every penny!
